Electrical Site Supervisor – Data Centre Project Location: Helsinki, FinlandContract: 12 monthsRate: Competitive € hourly rateFlights & accommodation: ProvidedRotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off Brightsmith are recruiting an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor for a major data centre project in Helsinki. This is a senior site-based role overseeing electrical installation, testing and commissioning activities. You’ll coordinate contractors, engineers and project stakeholders while ensuring work is delivered safely, on program and to the required standards. Previous electrical commissioning experience is essential. Data centre or mission-critical experience is highly desirable. Key responsibilitiesSupervise electrical installation and commissioning works.Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.Monitor progress, quality, safety and program.Identify and resolve site issues and risks.Liaise with engineers, contractors and client representatives.Support testing, commissioning and project handover. RequirementsStrong electrical construction/site supervision experience.Proven experience through the commissioning phase.Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.Electrical engineering qualification or equivalent experience.Strong English communication skills.EU passport.Full driving licence.Comfortable working on an international project. 12-month contract with competitive € rates, flights and accommodation provided.
