Senior Active Directory & IAM Engineer | 3-Month Contract (likely to extend) | 📍 Fully Remote (EU) | 💸 €39/hour I'm working with a large organisation that's partway through a major Identity & Access Management programme. They need a seasoned AD engineer to get stuck in straight away.The workload has ramped up and they need someone now. That's why the interview and onboarding process is fast. If you're available, this could move from first chat to your first day quickly.This role suits someone who knows Active Directory inside out and enjoys working through a lot of hands-on identity work. It's fully remote, and there's real exposure to Microsoft Entra ID along the way, and possibly Okta too. What you'll be doingLeading on Active Directory services and infrastructure across a complex hybrid estateSupporting identity lifecycle management, authentication services and directory integrationsHelping administer and optimise Microsoft Entra ID, plus Okta where neededTroubleshooting tricky IAM issues across on-prem and cloudContributing to IAM projects, migrations and service improvementsGetting through high volumes of repeatable identity configuration and operational work, efficiently What they're looking forExpert-level Active Directory engineering and administrationA strong grasp of identity, authentication and directory servicesExperience in hybrid on-prem and cloud environmentsHands-on Microsoft Entra ID experienceOkta is a bonus but not essentialStrong problem-solving and stakeholder skillsThe ability to get productive quickly on unfamiliar platforms and processes
