IAM Architect

Senior IAM Architect | 📍 Remote (EU) | 💸 Up to €39/hour | 3-month contract I'm working with an organisation that's kicking off a strategic review of its Identity & Access Management landscape, and they need a Senior IAM Architect to help shape what comes next. The timing is what makes this one interesting: there's immediate IAM delivery to keep moving, and a bigger piece of work defining the future identity vision, so you'll be doing both. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys owning the architecture but is just as happy to roll their sleeves up and help with the engineering when it's needed. What you'll be doing:Defining enterprise IAM architecture and target-state designsBuilding IAM roadmaps aligned with business and security objectivesDesigning identity solutions across on-premises, cloud and SaaS environmentsProviding architectural leadership across IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA and access managementLeading or supporting a strategic review of the current IAM environmentAssessing current-state capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending prioritised improvementsTurning strategic recommendations into practical delivery plansGetting hands-on with engineering support where needed What they're looking for:Significant IAM architecture experience in large, complex organisationsProven experience designing identity solutions across hybrid environmentsStrong expertise across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SSO, MFA and access governanceExperience creating target-state architectures and transformation roadmapsSomeone comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on implementationExcellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills The details:3-month initial contract, with potential extensionUp to €39/hour, fully remote (EU), 09:00–17:00 CET or BSTStart ASAP, with a fast-tracked interview and onboarding process
