Databricks Engineer 📍 Remote (EU) 💸 Up to €350/day ⏰Contract to end of Dec 2026 + likely extensions I'm working with a global engineering consultancy that needs a hands-on Databricks Engineer to join one of their client projects, fully remote from within the EU. The contract runs until the end of December 2026 and extensions are likely, so it's a solid run of work through year end and beyond. This one's ideal for a data engineer who enjoys being properly hands-on in Databricks, and who wants to work remotely without giving up meaty, interesting platform work. What you'll be doing: - Delivering data engineering work in a Databricks environment - Building with Python and Spark/PySpark - Integrating Databricks with external systems, including Unity Catalog What they're looking for: - 3–4+ years' experience as a data engineer - Hands-on Databricks experience - Strong Python and Spark/PySpark - Based in Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Bulgaria or Lithuania
