About the RoleAs a Scrum Master/Team Lead, you will:Lead and facilitate Agile processes, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning technical and business goals.Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative Agile environment.Act as the face of the team, engaging with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure smooth project execution. Contribute technically with hands-on experience in testing (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium) and development (React or Java Spring Boot). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in IT solutions for the automotive industry. Your Profile We’re looking for a technical Agile leader with:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a passion for facilitating, leading, and representing your team.Hands-on experience in:Testing: Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.Development: React (frontend) or Java Spring Boot (backend).Strong understanding of API integrations.Fluent English (Swedish is a plus).A proactive mindset, with the ability to balance technical contributions with leadership.
