You will take ownership of the work from the outset, working directly with stakeholders to understand the current environment and turn it into a practical CSDM structure in ServiceNow.What you’ll doAssess the existing ServiceNow data and agree a workable approach to CSDM adoption.Model services and their relationships, including the relevant business applications, application services and technical services.Configure the agreed model in ServiceNow and establish clear rules for maintaining it.Identify gaps in data quality, ownership and service mapping, and drive decisions to resolve them.Explain the model clearly to technical and business stakeholders and bring them along with the implementation.Document the setup and provide a practical handover for ongoing use. What you’ll bringProven experience setting up CSDM in ServiceNow, from modelling decisions through to implementation.
