Agile Coach

I am looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join a large-scale Agile environment within a Mobility Tribe and Agile Center of Excellence. You will coach teams and Scrum Masters, improve delivery flow from idea to production, and help break down large initiatives into smaller, value-driven increments. At the organizational level, you will work with leadership to identify systemic issues, improve dependencies, and drive real change. I expect strong enterprise Agile experience, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in Swedish and English. 🚀 Project- working within the Mobility Tribe and Agile Center of Excellence in a large organization- coaching Scrum Masters and teams at squad level- improving ownership, delivery capability, and flow from idea to production- identifying bottlenecks in the development process and driving improvements- breaking down large initiatives into smaller deliverables with faster business value- collaborating with Tribe Leadership at organizational level- identifying systemic issues and improving cross-team dependencies- improving prioritization, refinement, coordination, and delivery of initiatives- evolving and optimizing the Needs Funnel process- operating on both strategic and hands-on levels 🎯 Skills- senior Agile Coach experience in large organizations- experience in large-scale / enterprise Agile environments- experience coaching both Agile teams and leadership- strong understanding of modern software and product development- experience working across multiple squads with distributed ownership- experience improving delivery capability, flow, and continuous improvement- ability to proactively identify organizational and process issues- ability to drive real change, not just recommendations- strong facilitation and visualization skills- strong stakeholder management- ability to operate on both strategic and operational levels- experience with cross-team collaboration and dependencies- fluent Swedish- very good written and spoken English 💡 Nice to have- experience with DevOps and modern engineering practices- AI-enabled software development- experience improving end-to-end concept-to-production workflows- dependency management across multiple teams- experience delivering large initiatives across multiple squads
