OpenShift Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Senior OpenShift / Kubernetes Platform Engineer with 5+ years of DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering experience and strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift in production.This is a senior, independent role focused on designing, building, automating, securing and operating an enterprise container platform. A strong Kubernetes Engineer could also fit if they can quickly transfer their knowledge to OpenShift. What you will do:Take technical ownership of the OpenShift platformBuild and operate OpenShift/Kubernetes clustersDesign platform architecture, networking, storage, security and scalingAutomate infrastructure and deployments using IaC and GitOpsSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelinesEnsure platform monitoring, observability and reliabilityWork with OpenShift, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux and BashSupport migrations to Kubernetes/OpenShiftMentor internal Platform/DevOps teams and provide knowledge transfer Requirements:5+ years of DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering experienceStrong hands-on Red Hat OpenShift production experienceStrong Kubernetes knowledgeExperience with GitOps / IaC, ideally ArgoCD, Terraform and/or AnsibleCI/CD experienceLinux administration and Bash/scriptingMonitoring & observability experienceAbility to work independently and take technical ownershipSwedish and English communication skills Nice to have:RHCSA, RHCE or OpenShift certificationsIstio / Service Mesh, OVN-Kubernetes, ODF or ACMJava/backend development knowledgeExperience in public-sector or security-classified environmentsExperience with technical workshops or training
