Hiring: IFS Application Analyst – Supply Chain / ManufacturingClient: Leading OrganizationOur client is looking for experienced IFS Application Analysts / ERP Consultants with strong expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing ERP processes to support a production-focused business environment. Role Description :The IFS Application Analyst role focuses on ERP flows across Supply Chain and Manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on improving production efficiency through functional enhancements, system adaptations, and real-time data visualization.The selected consultants will work closely with production-oriented business teams, analyze requirements, identify process improvements, and develop innovative solutions to address operational challenges in a complex and high-volume environment. Project Description:The project focuses on ERP-driven Supply Chain & Manufacturing transformation, leveraging IFS / IFS Cloud to improve production processes, operational efficiency, and business visibility.The role involves understanding existing ERP processes, analyzing business requirements, supporting functional development and enhancements, and helping production teams optimize workflows through effective ERP solutions and real-time data. Key Responsibilities:Analyze and optimize ERP flows related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.Support production-oriented business process development connected to ERP systems.Work on functional enhancements, system adaptations, and improvements.Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization.Propose innovative solutions to business and operational challenges.Support real-time data visualization and production-related reporting.Work closely with business and production teams in a complex operational environment.Understand challenges associated with significant production volume growth.Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify practical solutions. Qualifications:Strong knowledge of ERP processes / flows, particularly Supply Chain and Manufacturing.Basic development / technical skills.Experience with IFS / IFS Cloud is highly preferred.Experience in production-oriented business development linked to ERP systems.Experience working in complex business environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.Willingness to work regularly in a production environment.
