Hiring: Software Factory DevSecOps Specialist – StockholmClient: Leading Organization Our client is looking for experienced Senior DevSecOps Specialists / Platform Engineers / DevSecOps Architects with strong expertise in Kubernetes, Platform Engineering, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and enterprise development platforms to support a major software platform modernization initiative. Role Description:The Software Factory DevSecOps role focuses on designing, transforming, implementing, and operationalizing a modern enterprise software development platform.The selected consultants will work on Kubernetes-based platforms, Git-based development environments, CI/CD automation, security integration, artifact management, platform architecture, and production operations, with a strong focus on on-premises and security-classified environments. Project Description:The project focuses on Software Factory and DevSecOps modernization, aimed at building a scalable, secure, standardized, and sustainable development platform.The role involves defining platform architecture, developing transformation roadmaps, migrating and consolidating existing toolchains, implementing CI/CD and security capabilities, and supporting the operationalization of modern Platform Engineering practices. Key Responsibilities:Define target architecture for development platforms and DevSecOps capabilities.Design and implement Kubernetes-based platform solutions.Develop and optimize CI/CD architecture and automation.Integrate security scanning and DevSecOps practices into development pipelines.Drive migration and consolidation of existing development toolchains.Define integration architecture across development tools, infrastructure, and identity platforms.Ensure scalability, security, governance, and lifecycle management.Support platform operations, maintenance, and production environments.Collaborate with platform engineers, security specialists, and business stakeholders.Contribute to establishing a sustainable Platform Engineering function. Qualifications:Strong experience in Solution Architecture for Development Platforms.Strong expertise in Platform Engineering.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms.Strong knowledge of CI/CD architecture and automation.Solid experience in DevSecOps.Experience with platform operations and lifecycle management.Experience with GitLab and/or Jenkins.Knowledge of enterprise development platforms.Understanding of Security Architecture, Compliance, and IAM.Experience with Artifactory and/or SonarQube is preferred.Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence migration is an advantage.Knowledge of Python and/or Go is an advantage.Experience with air-gapped environments and on-premises data centers is highly desirable.Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.Experience with both architecture and hands-on implementation in production environments.
