IT Project Manager – Salesforce SFDC | Third-Party & Org Simplification & Digital Communication We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of critical enterprise IT optimization initiatives. In this role, you will drive Salesforce (SFDC) org simplification, streamline peripheral third-party integrations, and oversee digital communication system iterations. You will own project planning, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and vendor delivery to ensure high-quality, on-time completion. By untangling complex multi-org environments and optimizing system architecture, you will play a central role in accelerating enterprise digital transformation and reducing operational overhead. Key Responsibilities1. SFDC Org Structure Simplification Project ManagementLead Salesforce org simplification and architecture optimization.Audit and resolve redundant SFDC organizations, sandboxes, and duplicate application modules.Execute org migrations, legacy platform decommissioning, and system standardization.Unify cross-org business processes, data structures, and permission models to lower platform O&M costs and boost system efficiency.2. SFDC Third-Party System Simplification & Integration OptimizationAudit, simplify, and optimize peripheral third-party tools integrated with SFDC.Consolidate vendor access, replace redundant software, and deploy unified integration solutions.Refactor external interface code and data flow interactions to reduce system coupling, improve stability, and build a lightweight integration architecture.3. Digital Communication System Operation & Iteration ManagementOversee enterprise digital communication platform projects and continuous release iterations.Identify operational friction points, leading requirement gathering, solution design, and platform launches.Standardize digital communication workflows and unified access standards to elevate cross-team collaboration, customer reach, and platform uptime.4. Full Lifecycle Project Control & GovernanceManage the complete project lifecycle across initiation, planning, execution, testing, and sign-off.Monitor progress milestones, proactively flag technical or timeline risks, and drive timely issue resolution.Align internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to guarantee on-budget, high-quality delivery. Professional & Technical CapabilitiesStrong knowledge of Salesforce multi-org architecture, third-party integration patterns, and system consolidation frameworks.Operational understanding of enterprise digital communication systems and APIs.Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.2. Project Execution & GovernanceProven ability to independently drive complex IT simplification, migration, and system architecture projects.Exceptional risk management, vendor governance, and problem-solving skills across multi-vendor landscapes.3. Interpersonal & Professional Soft SkillsHighly analytical thinker with strong business acumen and clear executive communication.Track record of managing multiple parallel streams under tight timelines and fast-paced delivery conditions Basic QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.Domain Experience: Direct hands-on management of Salesforce (SFDC) projects or multi-org environments is strongly preferred.Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile project management credentials are a plus.
