The role combines deep C# development with technical leadership and architectural responsibility.You will take strong technical ownership across the application lifecycle, from design and implementation through further development, while actively driving technical discussions with the client.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain business- and mission-critical solutions within the insurance domain.Take technical responsibility for architecture, design, implementation, and further development.Work extensively with modern .NET and C#, including .NET 8 and .NET 10.Design and optimize complex hybrid data storage strategies.Work with distributed SQL databases and high-performance in-memory JSON document stores.Design and implement event-driven architectures using AMQP-based asynchronous messaging.Utilize observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and SolarWinds to ensure system reliability.Provide technical direction to the engineering team and mentor other developers.Strategically integrate cloud-native capabilities into enterprise solutions.Work with advanced enterprise cloud design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native hosting.Develop and integrate robust and resilient REST APIs and external services.Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders in a professional client-facing consulting environment.Work within agile teams, promoting collaboration and shared responsibility.Must-Have Requirements8–12 years of experience in .NET development with strong C# programming expertise.Extensive experience with modern .NET frameworks, particularly .NET 8 / .NET 10.Strong experience in application architecture, design, development, and scalability.Deep expertise in hybrid data storage, including distributed SQL databases and high-performance in-memory JSON document stores.Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging using AMQP platforms.Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds.Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable working in agile, collaborative, and client-facing environments.
