The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, defining architecture standards, and ensuring scalable and high-quality Pega solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and design of complex Pega applications.Provide technical leadership to Pega development teams.Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.Define application architecture, design patterns, and technical standards.Review solution designs and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.Work closely with business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders.Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions.Support performance tuning, integration, and application scalability.Mentor Pega developers and guide them on technical implementation.Participate in code/design reviews and ensure quality standards.
