ServiceNow AMS Developer - Remote From Europe - Applicants must be EU citizens We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AMS Developer to support and enhance a large scale ServiceNow platform within a Telecom OSS/BSS environment. The role covers application management, platform development, and integration work across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules, contributing to ongoing service assurance and operations transformation initiatives. Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow incidents, problems, service requests, and defects, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.Conduct root cause analysis on recurring platform issues and implement permanent fixes.Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer.Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.Support platform upgrades, plugin implementations, patch deployments, and associated technical validations.Contribute to CMDB and CSDM alignment, Discovery, and Service Mapping activities across the platform. Key Skills and Experience:Strong hands on development experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Proficiency in JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, and MID Server configuration.Working knowledge of solution architecture, integration architecture, and platform governance.Practical experience with AMS governance processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.Experience within Telecom OSS/BSS environments. Desirable Skills:Exposure to HAM/SAM, GRC/IRM, BCM, and SecOps modules.Experience with APM and AI/Now Assist implementations.Familiarity with Zabbix, Splunk, Flexera, SCCM, NetBox, Azure, Intune, or Datadog.
