Veeva Vault RIM Data Migration Specialist (Freelance) The roleOur client is migrating regulatory data into Veeva Vault RIM and needs a hands-on migration specialist to plan, execute and validate the move. You'll own data mapping, transformation and loading from legacy systems into Vault, working closely with Regulatory Operations, IT and the wider implementation team to deliver a clean, compliant cutover. Must-havesProven Veeva Vault RIM experience (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive and/or Publishing)Hands-on delivery of at least one end-to-end data migration into Veeva VaultStrong data mapping, transformation and cleansing skills for regulatory content and metadataExperience with Vault Loader, Vault API and/or Veeva's Migration Data LoaderUnderstanding of regulatory data structures (products, registrations, submissions, eCTD)Experience with migration testing, reconciliation and validation in a GxP environmentAbility to work with Regulatory Ops and IT stakeholders to resolve data issues Nice-to-havesMigration from legacy RIM/DMS platforms (e.g. Documentum, Liquent/InSight, Ennov, Extedo)Veeva Vault certificationsSQL, Python or ETL tools for data transformationIDMP / xEVMPD data experienceExperience in large pharma or global RIM rollouts
