You will be part of a large-scale digital transformation programme, working with international teams and coordinating multiple technology workstreams in a highly regulated, data-driven environment. 🎯 Your mission & impact As Digital PMO Lead for Digital Banking, Data & AI, Technology & Cyber initiatives, you will be the backbone of delivery: bringing structure, visibility, and rigour to planning, tracking, risk management, and partner coordination. You will work closely with Technology, Data, and Cybersecurity leaders to ensure that new capabilities are delivered on time, with quality, and securely adopted in productionThis is not a hands-on development role, but a programme & delivery management position. Your impact will come from how you connect the different streams (backend, microservices, cloud, cyber, DevSecOps) and turn technical complexity into clear, actionable decisions for the business. ✅ What we’re looking for We are looking for a senior PMO / Programme Management professional with experience in large digital transformation programmes and cloud environments. Experience & background5–7+ years of experience in PMO / Program Manager / Delivery Lead roles in projects such as:Digital banking, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors.Platforms based on microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.Proven experience coordinating multiple technology workstreams (backend, data, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps) and external partners / system integratorsDemonstrable experience in large-scale transformation programmes (multi-country, multi-team) and/or separation / carve-out / standalone programmes (highly valued) Technical knowledge (at management level, not hands-on)Solid understanding of:Microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.Cloud environments (ideally Azure, AWS/GCP also valued).DevOps / DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).Cybersecurity principles applied to digital banking platforms (controls, compliance, vulnerability management).Familiarity with Data & AI (data platforms, analytics, ML models) and their impact on delivery and risk management Tools & methodsStrong command of planning and portfolio tools (MS Project or equivalent), advanced Excel, and programme reporting toolsExperience with agile work management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, etc.).Practical knowledge of RAID management (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions) and budget tracking LanguagesProfessional English (spoken and written), able to interact with international business and technology stakeholders 🛠 What you will do Digital delivery visibility & business partnershipAct as PMO partner to Data & AI, Technology & Cyber leaders at the client, providing a clear, consolidated view of delivery status, priorities, risks, and key decisionsBuild and maintain an integrated view of digital delivery, connecting milestones and dependencies across:Backend microservices (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot).Cloud platforms (Azure).Cybersecurity and compliance controls.DevOps / DevSecOps practices.Translate complex technical delivery information into actionable insights and executive reports for Technology and Business leadership Planning & delivery trackingDefine and maintain the integrated programme plan for digital banking, data, technology, and cybersecurity streams, aligning milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesTrack progress against baseline, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective action plans with stream leads (backend development, architecture, cyber, operations, etc.)Ensure proper integration of CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments, IaC, and observability activities within the overall plan. Risk, issue & dependency managementOwn the RAID logs for the digital streams (Data & AI, Tech, Cyber), ensuring risks and issues are identified, monitored, and closed with clear action plansManage cross-stream dependencies (e.g. between a new microservice, its cloud infrastructure, and security controls) and escalate conflicts with clear options and recommendationsCoordinate with SRE / production teams so reliability, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management are embedded in planning. Cybersecurity & delivery assuranceEnsure security and compliance requirements are built into digital delivery from the start, not bolted on at the endWork closely with Cyber and DevSecOps teams so risks, controls, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions are visible in programme reportingMake security and operational readiness explicit criteria in go-live decisions, alongside technical and business readiness Vendor & system integrator oversightAct as PMO counterpart to vendors and system integrators building and operating digital banking platforms (backend development, cloud, cyber, observability, etc.)Review deliverables, milestones, and change requests against contracts and Statements of Work, ensuring compliance and qualityMonitor partner performance, identify deviations, and escalate to leadership with objective data.
