Senior Frontend Delivery Lead

Job Title: Delivery LeadStart Date: 30th SeptemberDuration: initial 6 months contractLocation: Remote within EuropeAllocation: 100% 40hrs/weekProject: Frontend Delivery Job SummaryLead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, Maisons, and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration, resource alignment, and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesProject & Program Oversight: Take ownership of the projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Facilitating communication and coordination between various internal teams, Maisons, and external partners.Capacity & Technical Alignment: work with Technical Team Leads to assess team capacity, define technical implementation approaches, and ensure feasibility and optimal resource allocation.Delivery Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from planning to execution and deployment. Establish, track, and report on KPIs to Maisons and stakeholdersTeam Enablement & Unblocking: Proactively blockers, ensure smooth workflows and maintain momentum. Required Skills & CompetenciesMinimum of 6-7 years of proven experience in managing technical deliveries, preferably within a digital product or e-commerce environment.Solid understanding and practical experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their application in managing complex projects.Strong understanding of frontend development concepts and technologies, enabling effective communication with technical teams.Excellent project and program management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
