Able to define target architectures, govern solution design, and lead cross-functional discussions across product, engineering, security, data, and market teams. Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesDefine end-to-end solution architectures and integration patterns.Review APIs, events, and domain contracts.Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and documentation.Validate scalability, security, resilience, and performance requirements.Align business, product, and engineering teams on architectural direction. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong Solution Architecture experience in enterprise-scale digital platforms.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Comfortable working across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Vendors, and Markets.Pragmatic architect with a governance and delivery mindset.Excellent communicator and facilitator, capable of operating in ambiguity and driving decisions.Balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution within collaborative, agile environments. Functional Domain KnowledgeCustomer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).Authentication, authorization, consent, and consumer identity ecosystems.Loyalty, customer engagement, and customer data platforms.Multi-market and multi-tenant platform architectures.Exposure to regulated consumer data environments. Architecture & Technical ExpertiseAPI-first and event-driven architectures.Microservices and cloud-native solution design.Integration patterns, webhooks, and asynchronous communications.Security, privacy-by-design, resilience, and observability.AWS architecture and serverless ecosystems. Technology ExposureAWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3, SQS/SNS).CIAM platforms such as Gigya / SAP CDC.MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms.CI/CD, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Confluence.Container platforms and modern engineering practices.
