Job Title: Senior Salesforce DeveloperStart Date: ASAPDuration: initial 3 months contractLocation: Remote within EuropeAllocation: 100% 40hrs/weekProject: Salesforce Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Engineer to join our enterprise CRM team. In this role, you will bridge technical execution and consultative advisory, supporting multiple international markets in designing, configuring, and scaling complex Salesforce solutions. You will act as a core technical SME responsible for survey capabilities, custom integrations via REST APIs, and end-to-end data flow optimization across enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:Design, build, and maintain robust API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using secure REST/HTTPS protocols, JSON payloads, and webhooks.Implement best practices for authentication (OAuth 2.0, mutual TLS, API keys) and secure data exchange.Build scalable backend automation using Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing (Batchable/Queueable Apex), and Flow. Survey Design & Feedback Management:Configure and deploy advanced enterprise survey frameworks (Salesforce Feedback Management, Salesforce Surveys, or integrated third-party survey engines).Automate survey distribution logic across customer touchpoints and capture granular feedback directly into Salesforce data models.Map survey response data to customer profiles and downstream reporting systems to power real-time analytics. Global Market Collaboration & Advisory:Serve as a trusted technical advisor to local market stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts across various geographies.Translate diverse regional business requirements into standardized, scalable Salesforce technical designs.Provide technical governance, code reviews, and architectural guidance to ensure market implementations adhere to global platform standards. Required Skills & Competencies:Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/engineering experience in enterprise, multi-org, or multi-market environments.Integrations: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP/HTTPS methods, endpoint configuration, error handling, rate limits, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway).Target project experience: Proven track record delivering end-to-end integrations between SFDC and external systems/middleware, along with custom survey routing and data ingestion workflows.Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform event-driven architectures.Domain Knowledge: Proven track record configuring native or integrated survey/feedback capture tools in CRM contexts.Consultative Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across diverse international teams.Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
