Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

This part-time contract position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, beauty, or lifestyle, with a keen understanding of social trends and the ability to create engaging, authentic content. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, shaping campaigns, and supporting influencer initiatives to elevate the brand’s profile across key platforms.
Deliverables
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Instagram and TikTok. Create and schedule three Instagram posts and five stories per week. Produce two to three TikTok videos weekly, ensuring content aligns with brand values and current trends. Collaborate with in-house management to support influencer outreach and partnerships. Draft and distribute bi-weekly newsletters to engage and grow the community. Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency. Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them independently. Familiarity with influencer marketing and community engagement strategies. Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and basic analytics. Availability for part-time, remote contract work.
