ADS Compenent Engineer

Overview CMC is looking for a Senior ADS Software Component Owner to own and coordinate the combined software for an Automated Driving System node. You’ll manage internal and partner software deliveries, drive integration, and ensure releasable software meets quality, functional safety, cybersecurity and legal requirements. Key responsibilities Own software releases and integration for the ADS node.Coordinate with hardware, verification & validation, manufacturing and external partners.Ensure software/hardware compatibility, dependencies, diagnostics, calibration and performance.Support testing, issue resolution, documentation and risk activities.Lead technical communication with autonomous driving partners. Key requirements Senior automotive embedded software/systems experience, ideally ADAS/AD.Experience as ECU/software component owner or software integration lead.Knowledge of vehicle networks, diagnostics (UDS), calibration and software updates.Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, FMEA/HARA/TARA.Strong stakeholder coordination and partner communication skills.
