Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) has a consulting assignment available for an experienced Program Management Office Specialist to support a major organizational transformation and change initiative within a large industrial environment. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Program Management Office Specialist / Change Management professional to support a major transformation associated with the introduction of new ways of working and the opening of a new factory. The successful consultant will play a key role in supporting organizational change, communication and stakeholder engagement throughout a complex industrial transformation programme. The role will involve working closely with senior leadership, line management, employee representatives and operational teams to translate strategic objectives into clear, practical actions and ensure effective implementation across the organization. The consultant will also support communication and interpersonal development, helping build engagement, trust and alignment throughout the change journey. What We're Looking For 10+ years’ experience in change management and internal communications within large industrial, manufacturing or heavy-industry organizations.Proven transformation experience, including major organizational expansions or changes impacting employees, production and ways of working.Strong stakeholder and leadership experience, working with senior management, line managers, employee representatives and multiple stakeholders.Excellent change, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate strategy into practical execution, build engagement and use feedback/metrics to adapt initiatives.Highly credible and resilient consultant with a pragmatic, inclusive and low-ego leadership style; strong cultural awareness, high integrity, fluent Swedish and willingness to work fully on-site.
