Join a leading data centre operator in Sweden as our next HSE Manager, playing a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and sustainable critical infrastructure environment Requirements5+ years' HSE experience within a data centre, critical infrastructure, industrial, or construction environment.Strong knowledge of Swedish health, safety, and environmental regulations.Experience managing contractors and high-risk activities.Skilled in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Swedish and English.Right to work in the EU Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesConduct site safety inspections and audits.Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work.Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.Track HSE performance metrics and compliance actions.Support environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and drills.Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities teams to identify and mitigate risks.Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the data centre.
