The roleLead day-to-day site operations on large data centre and industrial buildsManage subcontractors, programme, quality and site safetyCoordinate closely with the Works Manager, design team and MEP contractorsReport on progress, risks and resourcing to project leadership What we are looking for8+ years in Finnish construction, ideally with a main contractorSite leadership experience on data centres, industrial plants, logistics or other large commercial buildsStrong knowledge of Finnish construction regulations and safety practiceFinnish language, with working EnglishFreelance through your own Oy or toiminimi, or open to contract assignments What is on offerLong-term contract assignments on major projectsEarly access to roles before they are widely advertisedA dedicated consultant who knows the projects and supports you throughout We are also interested in hearing from Works Managers (Työpäällikkö), Responsible Site Supervisors (Vastaava työnjohtaja), Electrical and MEP Supervisors, and Commissioning Managers.
