Role: Mechanical Commissioning EngineerLocation: Helsinki, FinlandContract Length: 6 MonthsProject: Hyperscale Data Centre Construction Overview I am seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning (Cx) Engineer to support the delivery of a hyperscale data centre project in Finland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading data centre construction project with a globally recognised end client. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute mechanical commissioning activities across critical data centre infrastructure.Review commissioning plans, procedures, and method statements.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and client teams throughout commissioning phases.Conduct functional performance testing (FPT) and integrated systems testing (IST).Monitor and maintain compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. Required Experience Proven experience as a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer on large-scale data centre projects.Hyperscale data centre experience is essential.Strong commissioning experience covering:Chilled Water SystemsCRAH/CRAC UnitsCooling TowersHVAC SystemsPumps and Pipework Previous experience working on Microsoft Data Centre projects is highly desirable. Candidate Requirements EU Right to Work is essential.Finnish residency or candidates already based in Finland are highly preferred.
