Job Title: Project Director (Hyperscale Data Centre)Location: FinlandContract Type: Freelance / ContractContract Length: 3 YearsWorking Pattern: Hybrid, with travel across Finland as requiredRate: Dependent on Experience The RoleLead the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data centre project from construction through to handover.Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.Oversee contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.Drive project governance, risk management, and reporting activities.Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders. Requirements10+ years' experience delivering large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.Proven experience as a Project Director on hyperscale data centre projects.Strong understanding of data centre construction, commissioning, and operations.Experience managing major project budgets, programmes, and contractors.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English required.
